Synergy [Sinnergie]: Co-incremental effects. The process by which groups or individuals in a distributed state adapt to each other and become integrated.

It's a development that's open in many ways. In this sense, we hope to have a synergy design studio where people can closely observe what they might miss and develop open and steady in a variety of ways through communication with people.
